Advice on purchasing 175

I just bought my first portable cleaner and now I'm looking at purchasing a 175. I will primarily be using it to agitate, post bonnet and encapsulation. I was originally thinking of buying a 12" oreck orbital but I came across this 175 by clean freak and I have a 5% off coupon. Please let me know what you think of this deal and what other pads, brushes and bonnets I may need.
