Hey all... I'm contemplating making the leap from working out of my garage/shop (and a couple others') to purchasing land and building a commercial office/shop building. Any thoughts/ideas/warnings/encouragements for me? Also wondering where I can get some good designs/floor plans to look at for brainstorming. What do you like about your current space, what do you hate about it, what should I include, etc... ? Thanks!
