Website Startup

Hi Folks. I am in the process of researching some website development companies. I have got a few quotes from them for a basic website (6 pages), a mobile site (2 pages), hosting and "minimal SEO".
What would you consider a reasonable monthly hosting/SEO fee? And how much did you pay (if you don't mind me asking) for your initial website start up? Has anyone had any experience with the TMF website template?
