If a company already have someone that they use to clean their carpet should I come in with a lower price to try and get the contract from them or do you never wanna always go lower because at thr end you might not be making no money? Trying to get into commercial accounts and everyone I go to already have someone they use. So I find myself always going lower. Like I might offer 10% better than what they already paying.
